There are two goals to be pursued: - Capacity building through employee education, which through cooperation with the public and private sector will contribute to sustainable development and facilitate the transition to a green economy. By improving skills, they will improve the training they implement and make them "green and sustainable"; - Promotion of green values and attitudes, which will increase public and private sector awareness of green skills and sustainability.
Considering that RDA Bačka comes into contact with different target groups, the main reason for applying for the project is to strengthen the capacity of employees, to keep up with the times and prepare for the coming changes, and to work on the promotion of green values and attitudes.
