The main objective was to strengthen teachers’ professional competences in assessment, self-evaluation, and communication. We aimed to prepare staff for new legal requirements, improve their ability to analyse and adjust teaching based on feedback, and adapt communication to diverse adult learners. This contributes to better learning outcomes, more inclusive education, and alignment with European quality standards.
Our organisation faced new legal obligations related to self-evaluation and recognition of prior learning in adult education. These changes required us to introduce new tools, procedures, and staff training. Through this project, we aimed to build institutional capacity, improve quality, and align our work with European standards by learning from good practices and international partners.
