The project aimed to equip teachers with skills in conflict and classroom management, emotional intelligence, and mental health awareness to create supportive, inclusive classrooms. It also provided tools for stress management and self-care while offering English-speaking learning opportunities to enhance language skills and professional communication in international contexts.
ELTA supports teachers through accredited conferences, seminars, and trainings focused on non-formal education, social inclusion, and professional growth. The Emotionally Healthy Classroom project addresses teachers’ needs for emotional well-being, conflict prevention, and stress management, equipping them with tools like non-violent communication, mindfulness, and restorative practices to create supportive, inclusive learning environments.
