The goal of the project was to improve the professional competence of students through participation in real life work processes abroad. We wanted students to acquire practical skills, to improve digital and technical literacy, develop independence and professional communication, as well as they get to know European standards in their profession. The labor market and the Serbian Chamber of Commerce require thisfrom new employees. In addition, the project also aimed to strengthen language skills
Our school is a technical school that provides its students with professional education in the fields of architecture, design, painting and other technical profiles. The project was born out of necessity to improve students' practical competences, especially in terms of work in the real sector and familiarization with European standards. In the context of constant changes in the labor market, the school recognized the importance of international mobility as a way to empower students.
