Objectives

The main objective of our project was to strengthen the employability and technical readiness of our students by providing real-world internships in the fields of CNC machining and PLC programming. We aimed to bridge the gap between classroom theory and modern industrial practice by enabling students to work directly with state-of-the-art equipment under expert mentorship in European companies. We aimed to build long-term partnerships with European VET institutions and industry stakeholders.

Background

Our school identified an urgent need to modernize vocational education in response to rapid industrial advancements in CNC machining and PLC automation. Traditional methods no longer reflect current labor market demands. Through this Erasmus+ project, we aimed to offer our students hands-on experience in advanced international companies, closing the gap between outdated theory and real-world technical practice. The school wanted to provide real-world experience via international internships.
