By implementing this project, our primary aim was to contribute to youth development by enhancing employability competences, intercultural awareness and personal growth, ultimately improving participants’ capacity to face today's work market, but also we strived to promote active European citizenship. Specifically, our objectives were: *To cultivate employability competences of 24 youth from fours different countries over a 10-month period *To increase the level of intercultural awareness and cooperation of 24 youth from four different countries over a 10-month period *To cultivate social competences of 24 youth from four different countries over a 10-month period *To empower 24 youth from four different countries over a 10-month period in regards to personal and career planning and development *To raise awareness of 1.000 youth from four different countries in regards to employability and support systems What we wanted to acheve with these project is to have young people from different coutnries share different aspects and challenges from their daily life and, with the help of non formal education and Erasmus+, seek common solutions, tips and tricks to improve personal competences, with a direct impact on employability competences
