The aim of the project was to increase adult participation in various forms of learning and improve support for staff working with participants. The project strengthens counselling staff competencies and extends adults’ inclusion in counselling processes, while upgrading educational offerings. Special emphasis is placed on sustainable development, artificial intelligence, and promoting mobility and cooperation among adult learners, including international experiences.
The organization Ljudska univerza Nova Gorica is facing new challenges due to the upgrade of existing projects and an increased scope of work with vulnerable groups of adults (immigrants, elderly people, long-term unemployed, and other inactive adults).
