The project aims to strengthen links and promote teamwork among teachers. We want professors to gain a new impetus and perspective on the teaching profession and to actively contribute to the implementation of new teaching methods and the modernisation of programmes. We want to fill the gaps between theory and practice and to equip students for future careers.We want to expose students to sustainable practices that will be important for people's future quality of life for everyone for all of us.
We applied for the project to raise the level of the school's performance, improve cooperation between teachers and, as an organisation, become a friendly working environment for our staff. We want to enable students to develop the competences that are key to entering the labour market. Recently, we have seen a need for foreign language skills, for soft skills and for a broader range of professional competences in technological careers. We want to remain modern, up to date, institution.
