We want to intruduce lyophilization, the modern preparation of food that is practical, preserves the nutritional value, enables diversity and sustainability that meets the requirements of the modern consumer who wants high-quality and practical food. By introducing new food preservation technologies, we will improve quality and contribute to innovations in vocational and professional education. We will include all the results of the project in the regular part of the organization.
