Through this project, we aimed to involve young people with fewer opportunities in the process of non-formal learning. By engaging them in activities related to agriculture and business model planning, we equipped them with knowledge and skills that could significantly improve their chances of finding employment. We introduced the participants to topics such as participation in democratic life, digital skills, green practices, and mental well-being. As part of the project, a "Professional Development Activity – Member States and Partner Countries" was also foreseen. Within this framework, three participants took part in a mobility to Kroměříž in the Czech Republic. They were hosted by the youth organization Klubíčko Kroměříž, where they explored good practices in youth work, the implementation of Erasmus exchanges and ESC volunteering, the management of international projects, and the promotion of youth activities.
