Within this year's accredited project, we carried out several activities, the most important ones being training course Heartful Leader, and youth exchange EARTH – Exploring Authentic Relationships Towards Home. The main goal of the training course was to bring together dedicated youth workers from several European countries and equip them with new creative tools and intuitive insights on how to establish empathic, magnetic and meaningful pedagogical relationships with youth in times of generational crisis and educational paradigm transition. Through it, we upgraded the quality of youth work within our own and partner organizations, and holistically supported youth workers in establishing, building and maintaining authentic and supportive relationships with young people. Relationships based on trust, sincerity, full presence and acceptance of reality in a given moment. The main goal of the youth exchange was to connect young people in respect and admiration for the planet that is home to us and many other creatures. To strengthen the awareness that we are only part of this wonderful story, and to move from the superior position of rulers and exploiters of nature to the role of a grateful guardians of the Earth, our home.
