The basic goal of our project is to create a community-designed and inclusive Youth Strategy of the municipality of Sv. Jurij v Slov. gorice. We will achieve this goal through the implementation of the high-quality service of Library under the Treetops, which we established in our previous Erasmus+ project of youth participation. We will enrich the service of the library with a series of inclusive community actions and cultural events. Over the course of 20 months, these events will facilitate community connectedness and support the dialogue between young people and local decision-makers. The Library under the Treetops is a recognized and popular project of reading promotion in Slovenia, which, at the national level, is entering its 20th season this year. The project pursues the following Youth Goals: Space and Participation for All, Moving Rural Youth Forward, Information & Constructive Dialogue, Inclusive Societies, Quality Learning, Sustainable Green Europe.
