Our goal was to increase the competence of our employees and enhance their skills. It was also important for us to inspire and motivate staff to see the opportunities offered by working on international projects and being part of a network of European Union organisations.
Our organization has taken part in two international courses, equipping its staff with skills in intercultural competence as well as the presentation and promotion of cultural heritage. These skills contribute to the enhancement of our organization’s portfolio.
