The project aims to enhance ZKPRK members' skills through ongoing training, improve the Board's ability to support its members, including strategic leadership training, and introduce innovative methods in Slovakia's career guidance. It seeks to improve the quality of ZKPRK’s programs, like accredited career guidance courses, foster networking with European peers, and raise awareness of career guidance's European dimension among members and the Slovak guidance community.
Since 2014, the ZKPRK has been dedicated to enhancing the professionalism and quality of career guidance in Slovakia. With career counselors at the forefront, their skill enhancement is vital for superior service delivery. Rapid advancements in career guidance necessitate ongoing training for practitioners in innovative methodologies, yet to be widely adopted in Slovakia. This includes exposure to diverse EU guidance systems, sharing best practices, and fostering international networks.
