The aim of the project was to innovate the teaching of vocational subjects, connect theoretical education with real practice and develop modern technological, digital, language and soft skills of students. We focused on supporting the inclusion and involvement of students without distinction, increasing their motivation, independence and readiness for the work environment. The project was also intended to strengthen cooperation with foreign partners, expand the European dimension of the school.
The project directly follows the school's needs to improve the quality of vocational education and responds to the demands of the labor market. It enabled the connection of theoretical teaching with practice in foreign companies, gaining experience with modern technologies and developing students' professional, digital and soft skills. We transferred the acquired knowledge into teaching, thereby supporting innovation in teaching and better employability of graduates.
