Main Objectives Youth Exchange and Intercultural Learning: The project promoted intercultural exchange through the youth exchange “Myself and Nature”, focused on personal growth, connection with nature, and environmental awareness among young people from Portugal, Italy, Slovakia, Latvia, and Estonia. Professional Development of Youth Workers: Two training activities strengthened youth workers’ competencies: “IN & OUT 2” on combining outdoor and indoor learning methods, and “AI and IT Tools for Youth Workers” on enhancing digital skills and applying artificial intelligence in youth work. Community Integration and Local Partnerships: The project fostered cooperation between local groups, the city, and organizations to increase youth participation in community life. During “IN & OUT 2”, participants prepared the outdoor activity “Secret Island” for primary school students in Čadca, successfully engaging the local community. Environmental Sustainability and Digital Innovation: Activities reflected key priorities of sustainability and digitalization through workshops on eco-friendly lifestyles, outdoor education, and use of AI and ChatGPT tools for creative and educational purposes. Capacity Building and Network Development: The project strengthened existing partnerships with organizations from Portugal and Italy and built new ones, particularly with Latvian partners. It enhanced the youth sector’s capacity to address current needs by offering relevant, high-quality training. All activities supported active participation, intercultural understanding, professional growth, and environmental responsibility among participants.
