Objectives

By implementing the "Explore the Potential" Erasmus+ youth project, we aimed to empower young individuals, particularly those are NEET by equipping them with the necessary tools and knowledge related to social entrepreneurship. Our primary objective was to address societal challenges through youth engagement and innovation, in line with the EU Youth Strategy 2019–2027. The specific objectives we pursued were: - To improve the critical thinking abilities of our participants, enabling them to understand and reflect on the philosophy and values of social entrepreneurship. - To foster awareness among participants about the existing tools, frameworks, and resources that can support the development of social entrepreneurial initiatives. - To encourage and enable participants to actively contribute to their communities by applying social entrepreneurial approaches to solve real-life problems. - To equip our participants with practical knowledge and skills that would help them transform their ideas into impactful actions, supporting their transition from education to meaningful employment. Through collaboration with our six partner organizations, together with experienced youth workers in our partner organizations we successfully supported young people in building entrepreneurial competencies, encouraging active citizenship, and promoting inclusive and sustainable growth within our local communities.
