The EntrepreYouth project aimed to enhance entrepreneurial and soft skills among European youth, focusing on areas such as sales, networking, public speaking, and leadership. The primary objectives were to address the gap in real-world skill development left by traditional education systems, develop participants’ confidence and competence in entrepreneurship, and promote intercultural understanding and European identity through non-formal learning methods. The project also emphasized sustainability, inclusivity, and creating a sense of European unity. The project employed SMART objectives to ensure the effectiveness and impact of its activities. Participants completed self-evaluation surveys at both the beginning and end of the youth exchange to assess their progress in key skill areas. These surveys measured changes in confidence and competence, enabling a data-driven evaluation of the project’s success. The goal was for participants to achieve a 10-20% increase, on average, in their self-assessed proficiency across a range of entrepreneurial and soft skills, which was on average achieved by 16.36%. Key learning objectives included: -Confidence in pitching, public speaking, and leadership -Enhanced networking and sales skills -Entrepreneurial mindset and financial literacy -Improved teamwork, stress management, and time management -Awareness of sustainability and European identity By addressing these needs with targeted activities and engaging methodologies, EntrepreYouth not only met its objectives but also contributed to the personal and professional empowerment of participants, equipping them to be more confident, resilient, and capable contributors to their communities and the broader European project.
