Project reflected upon the need of young people to live in a more tolerant and safer society. We have facilitated an in-depth analysis, together with the invited experts on ethics - key note speakers on various ethical attitudes and behaviours in liminal situations to understand how violence and aggression arises. We have applied effective models of non-formal education and achieved the synthesis of knowledge and students learned to propose solutions. They developed critical thinking, argumentation, capabilities to listen to the opponents and be open. Project developed the participants competences with group work and public acting/ exposure, moderating competences. Project of the Summer University Eleuzína introduced civic participation of the youth and induced them to come up with their own initiatives and solutions. One of the project goals was an inclusion of socially and economically disadvantaged youth in the Roma community in Banská Štiavnica and forming proposals for improvements.
