The trainee profile of our institution is adults who are beyond the age of formal education. As education personnel, we are insufficient to manage the intergenerational conflicts that occur in classes where adults aged from 18 to over 65 are educated together and to include them in the courses given to provide the basic skills that adults should have. It is aimed to implement the Intergenerational Adaptation Program, which will be developed within the scope of the project, to our trainees.
