It is aimed to learn androgogical methods and techniques used in adult education and to observe innovative approaches. Participants will increase their knowledge, skills and experience, practices will be adapted locally and classroom practices will be developed. Increasing the quality of education, contributing to curriculum development studies, strengthening the dialogue between countries and cultures, EU values and inter-institutional cooperation are among the objectives of the project.
The project will contribute to learning innovative practices of the Androgogical methodology used in EU countries in adult education, to quality of education, to education policies and curriculum development studies. The project is carried out to enable the development of intercultural dialogue, the adoption of EU values, the development of institutional capacity, increasing communication and interaction at the international level and strengthening inter-institutional cooperation.
