Our general aim is to improve the professional knowledge, skills and competencies of our teachers by providing them with a course and job-shadowing on "Increasing digital competencies in lifelong learning and adult education". Participants: They will gain updated digital competencies. Their professional motivation will increase. Their achievements will be certified. They will develop socially, culturally and linguistically. They can prepare more efficient and innovative course contents.
The survey, applied to our teachers in our center, showed that teachers are behind the times in terms of digital competencies and their adaptation to lessons. Our teachers lack of knowledge and skills in using digital education tools. If these needs are met, they will be able to use information and communication technology tools more actively in the courses they teach. Our teachers should improve their digital skills in order to add a digital dimension to the lessons and courses, they teach.
