Our students will have an internship opportunity in Europe for 10 days. They will improve their capacities in the working system by experiencing their professions in Europe. Recognising cultures and language skills will improve. They will be accepted in the society by developing self-confidence and daily life skills. They will be able to create opportunities for self-development, bring innovations to their organisations. They will carry their experiences abroad to their social environment.
Since we are an institution that provides vocational education to individuals with mild intellectual disabilities, our graduates have difficulties in finding a job and being accepted. We applied to the project in order to diversify the opportunities of finding a job with internship experience in Europe, to improve their skills to be accepted in the business environment, to strengthen the justice-based approach in education and to protect the rights of our disadvantaged children.
