1- To provide students with international experience by connecting them with best practices in Europe. 2- To improve students’ foreign language skills for both professional and daily life use. 3- To increase employability by developing students into qualified personnel that meet employers’ expectations. 4- To address issues such as lack of motivation, low interest, and feelings of inadequacy among students. 5- To promote European heritage values in line with Erasmus+ priorities.
Our students undertake internships during the summer in workplaces that do not sufficiently support their vocational, linguistic, personal, and social development. In particular, students in the food and beverage field are often assigned roles such as commis, service staff, cleaning staff, or bellboy instead of assistant chef duties. This situation prevents students from acquiring the skills required by the sector and negatively affects their employment opportunities after graduation.
