Our main objective in implementing the project was to make effective and efficient use of the Erasmus+ opportunities available to our institution and to ensure that the programme produced tangible benefits for our students and staff. In particular, we aimed to increase participation in mobility activities, strengthen our cooperation with existing European higher education partners, and further promote the Erasmus+ Programme across different academic fields. During the implementation period, the project was continued and brought to completion with a particular focus on ensuring that the available mobility opportunities were effectively used. Student mobility for studies, staff mobility for teaching and training, as well as traineeship opportunities were supported in cooperation with our Erasmus+ partner institutions and, where appropriate, with enterprises with which our institution has established cooperation. An important achievement of the project was the successful implementation of more mobility activities than initially planned. While 10 participants and a total mobility grant budget of €31,300 were initially foreseen, 17 participants ultimately took part in mobility activities, with reported mobility grants reaching €35,181. This demonstrates that the project contributed to expanding participation and making effective use of the funding available. Overall, the project aimed not only to facilitate international mobility but also to strengthen the international dimension of our institution, increase awareness of Erasmus+ opportunities, and ensure that students and staff could benefit from these opportunities in a meaningful and sustainable way.
