Objectives

This project aims to enhance European values and promote initiatives to address bullying among EU and non-EU individuals. Given the obstacles encountered by young individuals, especially those with restricted prospects like discrimination and social isolation, in countries where the consortium is active, advocating European ideas and values in non-EU nations is essential and a top priority for the EU. The problem of power imbalances and unfavorable behavioral patterns among young individuals in communal settings is important since it hinders developmental processes. Upsetting the equilibrium of power, commonly seen as peer bullying, is a significant problem in social environments when it continues to exist. Peer bullying, a common problem with different names in different cultures, is an important survival strategy in this context. Our study aims to improve the effectiveness and longevity of efforts to decrease peer bullying by addressing disputes linked to this issue. We will work with seasoned youth workers to achieve our goals, focusing on reducing peer bullying, addressing encountered issues while upholding self-respect, embracing one's identity, and solving problems based on European values to promote a sense of belonging to the European community. Our initiative aims to improve the knowledge and abilities of European teenagers in "Bullying and Conflict Resolution" approaches. Our goal is to tackle peer bullying by utilizing digital resources, as well as innovative techniques like "Creative Drama" and "Creative Scenario Writing" to devise solutions for identified concerns. During our project, we will use a variety of methods such as photography, video, storytelling, short films, posters, brochures, music, and collages to create information processes related to social inclusion. Our main focus will be on innovative ways to promote European values in order to prevent bullying. People who have not adopted European values are more likely to participate in peer bullying. Our main focus is on combating bullying using European ideals. Each day, youth activities will be organized according to a predetermined value subject chosen by the youth, such as Respect on Day 1, Empathy on Day 2, Collaboration on Day 3, etc. This approach aims to impart European values to the participants. The primary recipients of our project are young individuals vulnerable to peer bullying. Young individuals will acquire expertise about the subject matter through training throughout the project implementation phase and ongoing work by partner organizations in their respective sectors after the project. Furthermore, due to the inclusive character of our program and the focus of our project, we will involve people with unique opportunity constraints. Limitations may encompass cultural disparities, economic hindrances, societal difficulties, geographical challenges, and refugees. Experiential learning approaches will be used for activities throughout the project. • Activities focused on the participants • Collaborative tasks • Activities to break the ice • Small group discussions • Educational sessions • Acting exercises • Educational meetings Our initiative aims to enhance the personal, professional, and social growth of young individuals. It will improve their ability to take initiative, be creative, and boost their self-confidence, while also deepening their comprehension of European ideals and reinforcing their sense of European citizenship. It will enhance their understanding of bullying prevention and deter them from participating in bullying activities. Youth facing constraints will acquire skills that will help them overcome their circumstances in the future. Individuals experiencing financial difficulties will improve their job prospects, build skills to recognize growth possibilities, and get knowledge about chances inside the EU. Promoting European values in areas with socially disadvantaged young people can help reduce prejudice and bullying over time. Youth with limited geographical knowledge will enhance their ability to move about and access educational opportunities. An interactive learning process will occur, incorporating observation and information sharing activities to foster long-lasting impacts like social inclusion, intercultural learning, self-confidence, mutual understanding, creativity, and self-awareness among participants. Participants will be encouraged to investigate their learning processes and identities, both individual and European, via individual and group work during the project.
