Objectives

The primary aim of implementing this project is to enrich youth work practice by achieving specific objectives that meet the developmental needs of young people. From the perspective of youth work practice, the objectives of our project are the following: - One of the main objectives is to create a more inclusive and accessible environment for young people. This includes developing and implementing activities that are sensitive to the different needs and abilities of all participants, thus promoting equality and understanding among young people. - By exposing young people to different cultures, ideas and perspectives, we aim to develop their intercultural competences. This includes promoting tolerance, mutual respect and intercultural understanding, which are crucial skills in today's globalized world. - The project is designed to develop leadership and teamwork skills among young people. Through various group activities and collaborative tasks, participants will learn to take initiative, make decisions and work effectively in teams. - Promoting active citizenship is another key objective. This involves motivating young people to actively participate in their communities, understand their social responsibilities and empower them to make positive changes. - Contributing to the personal and professional development of participants is an important objective. This includes developing skills such as communication, problem solving, adaptability and resilience, which are valuable both in personal life and in the workplace. - The project aims to strengthen and showcase the effectiveness of non-formal education methods in youth work. This includes the use of creative and interactive learning approaches that engage young people in a meaningful and enjoyable way. - Another objective is to create opportunities for networking and building partnerships between young people, youth workers and organizations. These networks aim to foster collaboration, share best practices and build a supportive community for youth work. - Integrating an understanding and appreciation of environmental sustainability into youth work practices. This includes educating participants about environmental issues and encouraging them to adopt sustainable practices. - The project also focuses on improving the mental health and well-being of young people through various activities that promote self-awareness, stress management and emotional intelligence. - In today's digital age, another aim is to improve participants' digital literacy. This includes teaching them how to effectively and responsibly use digital tools and platforms for learning, networking and personal development. By achieving these objectives, the project aims to have a significant and positive impact on youth work practices, increasing young people's skills, competences and overall well-being.
