The main purpose of the project was to support the development of young people as healthier individuals in the physical, mental and social sense in the face of increasingly complex modern living conditions. In this context, the project's goal was not only to provide information to young people, but also to increase their internal awareness, provide them with skills that can guide their lives and create a sense of social responsibility. The project aimed to support young people in achieving a holistic state of well-being by referencing the World Health Organization's approach in 1948, which defined health as the absence of disease. Technological developments, fast pace of life and social pressures experienced in the digital world were evaluated among the factors that negatively affected young people's mental health. For this reason, mindfulness-based activities were implemented to develop young people's skills in coping with stress and increase their emotional resilience. At the same time, increasing young people's environmental awareness was also among the main goals of the project. Workshops were organized where young people could experience sustainable living practices in order to reconnect with nature. In this way, they were encouraged to adopt an environmentally sensitive lifestyle. Throughout the project, young people were encouraged to reinforce their sense of social solidarity and responsibility through volunteering activities. In line with educational goals, young people were encouraged to actively participate in learning processes and workshops, seminars and cultural events were organized to contribute to their personal development. At the same time, awareness levels of holistic development approaches such as the Youth Well-Being Star Model were increased. With the introduction of this model, young people were able to analyze their own quality of life and define their areas of development. By adopting an approach based on respect for ethical values and cultural diversity, the general aim of the project was to make young people more conscious, participatory and responsible individuals not only individually but also at a social level. All activities carried out within this scope allowed young people to get to know themselves, express themselves and discover their own potential.
