Objectives

TAE; Foot, KWON; means hand. DO is the way of thinking and behavior that must be followed in order to achieve morality and virtue. A peaceful society consists of physically and mentally healthy individuals. It is a fact that only academic career does not provide this. It is a well-known fact that individuals who do not do sports cannot protect their physical and mental health. Sports that abandoned by the concerns of the future and academic career, or sports that cannot be carried out together, affect people's health, which negatively affects the peace of the society. We created this project idea and decided to implement it in order to explain to our final beneficiaries, the young people and their families, that it is possible to make a bilateral career. One of the two pillars of a bilateral career is sports-related institutions and organizations, and the other is institutions dealing with the academic development of young people. Sports-related institutions and organizations consist of Federations, Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, Clubs and Associations. Academically, educational institutions are the Provincial Directorate of National Education and educational institutions of all levels. We aim to reach these two audiences in our project. Our project result booklet, which includes the activities carried out in the project, positive examples, transfers of successful practices applied abroad, will be shared with the institutions. As the dissemination and sustainability activity of our project, the project outputs will be shared with young people, institutions and organizations (booklet and presentation). It will be suggested that institutions use this presentation in their future training. Thus, it will reach large audiences. In accordance with the quality standards, our project was designed by considering the following criteria; 1- Beneficiary organizations contribute to the general objectives of the EU Youth Strategy and to the European Youth Goals developed within this framework. 2- Inclusion and diversity: beneficiary organizations will respect the principle of inclusion and diversity in all aspects of their activities. 3- It will act with environmental sustainability and awareness of responsibility. 4- Our activities cover virtual collaboration, virtual mobility and hybrid mobility. 5- Experienced Erasmus+ beneficiaries will provide with advice, mentorship or other support by sharing their knowledge with organizations which has little or no experience in the programme. 6- The beneficiaries will also encourage their participants to participate in Erasmus+ community building activities.
