As the unemployment rates has increased, the importance of rural places, rural youth population, and the youth work has gain importance. The project which is written with this importance in mind, is to ensure that youth workers are equipped to establish their own businesses, self-employment and entrepreneurship together with the European Youth Goals. The main aim of YouthTurn project is to equip participants with the skills, knowledge, and innovative approaches necessary to address the unique challenges faced by young people in rural areas. The second aim is to foster their personal growth by supporting their personal and professional development and entrepreneurship and employability skills. The third aim is to develop their digital inclusion for the community engagement through community-centered youth work trainings, cultural exchange and inclusivity to support sustainable futures. To sum up, the project aims to empower rural youth by promoting entrepreneurship and self-employment through innovative youth work practices. Objectives include enhancing digital and entrepreneurial skills, fostering a sense of community, and inspiring sustainable initiatives among participants. In order to reach these goals, the project and its activities will provide participants training sessions in order to enhance their knowledge; workshops in order to turn these gained knowledges into new skills; field visit to analyze and experience real life examples; internship placements to use knowledges and skills into real life cases; culminating business fair to express and present their business ideas and create their network on the subject.
