Erasmus Plus Programme Training Course Project "Young Leader, Bright Future" aims to support young people to take a more active part in the decision-making mechanisms of the society, to support active citizenship and also it is designed to increase the skills of youth workers by coming together with young people in order to support young people to serve the society as creative leaders and to work more actively within non-governmental organizations. Creative leadership and active citizenship are the ways that young people will follow and the tools they will use to create new ideas within the scope of the responsibilities they take when they intensify their work in order to have a voice in the society. Within the scope of the nine days training programme, the participants who will be a part of the programme will ensure the acquisition of team building efforts, support of facilitators and trainers, communication, leadership, active citizenship, creative leadership, volunteering, intercultural learning and creativity skills thus the participants will achieve superior gains. Young people who will observe that being more active participation of young people in society, the encouragement of youth leadership and creative thinking will contribute to they will develop both themselves and their environment in these areas.Young people, who will observe what they will bring to the society by more active participation in society,the encoragement of youth leadership and creative thinking will develop both themselves and their environment in these areas. The designed program will not only focus on the personal development of the participants, but will also test the practices that will advance the organizations and countries they will represent, and will create effects that will support young people to have a voice in Europe's destiny and will inspire both participants and partner organizations.
