The project aimed to improve participants’ employability by providing practical experience in the tourism sector, enhancing professional English skills, and exposing them to EU standards, digital tools, and sustainable practices. It also aimed to support the professional development of educators through job shadowing and to strengthen international cooperation and long-term employment opportunities for participants.
Global Edu Hub is a non-governmental organisation based in Sofia, Bulgaria, providing non-formal education for adults, particularly in the tourism sector. The project responds to the need to improve employability, practical skills, and international experience of adult learners, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds, by offering mobility opportunities in EU tourism environments and strengthening cooperation with European partners.
