The objectives of this project are: - increasing the training capacity of employees in the field of non-formal education; - improving the methods and approaches for training in accordance with the needs of different groups of learners and people with disabilities; - upgrading the knowledge of English language and ICT skills of staff and learners; - mastering new methods to increase the motivation and creativity of learners; - deepening foreign relations and creating new partnerships.
As a center for non-formal education, our community center provides opportunities for learning outside the traditional educational system. Through the project, we have upgraded the skills of the staff and trainees in the field of foreign languages and information technologies. We have managed to involve more people by including them in various volunteer initiatives, national and international projects, developed their civic awareness and built policies for our аемитеsustainable development.
