Our experience has allowed us to see the impact of mobility abroad on this type of target group, in terms of increased self-confidence, broadened horizons, and personal and professional development. Many people who were in more than a difficult situation before their departure return more confident and ready to reveal the better part of themselves. This is exactly what we would like to achieve through the successful implementation of this project as well as to develop our capacities in the field
To make our staff more capable of dealing with the social inclusion of Romani women, and adult education and thus strengthen the potential of our organizations; Our regular target group is in huge need of such learning opportunities and we would like to ensure that they will have the opportunity to life-long learn, develop and grow with the Erasmus+ program. We would like to make possible an opportunity that is not available in Sliven and the rural areas around the town, for our target group
