The aim of the project was to improve the quality of education through innovative approaches such as gamification and artificial intelligence. We focused on developing the digital competences of our educators to enable the effective use of technology and e-learning tools in adult education. The international mobility activity supported the professional development and motivation of our team. As a result, we are now better equipped to provide high-quality learning opportunities for our learners.
Lumpeco z.ú. is a non-profit organisation based in Frýdek-Místek, Czech Republic. We focus on adult education, social inclusion, and supporting people facing various life situations. We work mainly with people at risk of social exclusion, parents returning to the labour market, women aged 50+, and foreign nationals. The project aimed to enhance the professional and digital competences of our staff through international mobility activities and the exchange of good practices.
