We wanted to achieve stronger support for women and families by combining mental health care with digital literacy. Our aim was to empower staff and members with the knowledge and skills to use digital tools effectively, reduce stigma, and provide accessible, culturally sensitive resources. By implementing the project, we sought to create sustainable practices that ensure long-term mental well-being and digital inclusion within our community.
Our organisation, FrauFam, is dedicated to empowering women and strengthening families, particularly those with fewer opportunities. Many of our members face cultural, social, and economic barriers that hinder access to mental health care. Limited awareness of digital tools deepens these challenges. The project arises from this context, aiming to bridge gaps in mental health support and digital literacy to promote well-being and inclusion.
