Objectives

Our objectives are strategically interlinked to enhance the project's internal cohesion and focus, thereby ensuring its successful implementation. We aim to integrate generative AI and automation into three core areas: document management, personalized monitoring of BiKU gGmbH beneficiaries, and the development of a coordinated communication system among our NGO, volunteers, relevant administrative bodies, and community support networks.

Background

BiKU gGmbH, as a non-governmental organization specializing in social pedagogy and community integration, aims to transform its operational processes through the integration of AI-driven automation. Currently, a significant portion of our professionals' daily workload is dedicated to administrative duties in response to bureaucratic requirements, which diminishes their capacity to deliver tailored social support. This Erasmus+ project seeks to equip our staff with advanced training in AI tools.
