The project objectives are: - Improve professionalism and spread excellence across the network - Equip teaching staff with state-of-the-art competences on ecovillage education - Equip staff with competences and tools to make ecovillage education more inclusive - Improve staff IT competences for remote collaboration and online distance learning - Increase motivation and resilience to burnout
GEN Europe is an umbrella organisation of ecovillages and grassroots initiatives whose aim is to contribute to environmental and social regeneration. We operate on a European scale and we need constant improvements in remote collaboration, management skills and intercultural competences. Our teaching staff need to continuously update their competences and to make the programmes more inclusive, while our non-teaching staff needs to improve their professional competences.
