To create a network of certified Digital Mentors, we set 3 objectives: - To enhance Digital Mentorship Skills for Staff. - To buid capacity for guiding adults through essential online services. - To promote digital inclusion through community-based learning at Falken Bildungs- und Freizeitwerk Hagen e.V.
Falken Bildungs- und Freizeitwerk Hagen e.V. applied for this project to address the digital skills gap among marginalized adults in our community. Many of our staff lack the advanced digital mentoring skills necessary to support learners in using online services and platforms. Through the Erasmus+ mobility, we aim to equip our team with new methods to bridge this digital divide and create lasting social impact by fostering digital literacy and self-sufficiency in underserved groups.
