Through this project, we aim to enhance the digital skills of our adult educators, strengthen the intercultural competencies of our learners, and establish international partnerships. By exchanging with European partners, we hope to learn about innovative teaching methods and simultaneously improve the quality of our educational work. Our goal is to develop our learning programs sustainably and make them more inclusive.
Our institution applied for this project to enhance the digital and intercultural competencies of our adult educators and learners. We aim to foster the exchange of best practices in adult education on an international level and to learn from innovative approaches in other European countries. Additionally, we see the opportunity to expand international partnerships and improve the quality of our educational offerings in a sustainable way.
