To generate a committed, resilient, and conscious digital citizenship, through the field of adult education, who can lead the digital community. 3. Background

Our organization, Oloklirosi (ErasmusLearn), is currently facing several challenges in aligning our adult education programs with the rapidly evolving needs. One of our main challenges is to effectively integrate digital tools into adult education in a way that prioritizes both human connection and learning outcomes. We want to bet on new methods and ways to communicate online with our participants, to connect directly with their emotions, promoting leadership and pedagogical resilience.
