With this project, we aim to enhance employability by improving soft skills, foster personal development and self-confidence, and promote social integration among diverse adult learners. We also seek to boost digital competence, instill civic engagement and understanding of European values, and encourage a mindset of lifelong learning. Ultimately, we want to build a skilled, motivated, and connected adult population ready to thrive in today’s dynamic world.
We are applying for the "Soft Skills in Adult Training" project to address the need for inclusive and relevant education for adult learners. By focusing on soft skills, we aim to improve the employability, personal development, and social integration of participants.
