Our project aims to achieve several significant objectives by implementing voyages of discovery for underprivileged young people. Firstly, we seek to create an environment conducive to the personal and professional development of these young people by offering them unique opportunities for exploration and learning. These trips are designed to strengthen their social skills, promote tolerance and intercultural understanding, and foster their independence and self-confidence. From a practical perspective of working with young people, our project is aligned with the fundamental principles of non-formal education and experiential learning. By providing young people with enriching travel experiences, we offer them a platform for developing essential skills such as intercultural communication, problem-solving, teamwork and leadership. In addition, by encouraging the active participation of young people at all stages of the project, we foster their commitment and empowerment, strengthening their ability to act as active and responsible citizens within their territorial roots.
