The project aims to combat tokenism by promoting genuine inclusion in youth organizations. We will strengthen organizational capacities, raise awareness, and develop digital tools and educational materials to support authentic inclusion. Additionally, the project seeks to establish an international network and promote lasting commitments to diversity across Europe.
