Objectives

The project aims to upskill staff and instructors to better integrate transversal skills into vocational training. Through job‑shadowing in best‑practice organisations, participants will strengthen their capacity to design, assess and validate learning that enhances young people’s self‑efficacy, confidence, empathy, adaptability, sense of belonging, and ability to manage change and overcome setbacks.

Background

Our project strengthens staff capacity through targeted mobility and job‑shadowing in European VET centre Creps. By observing best practice in delivering transversal skills, our team will enhance programme quality, embed innovative approaches, and build sustainable partnerships. This mobility supports professional development, organisational growth, and improved learner outcomes across our vocational education provision.
