We wanted to achieve opportunities for young people to travel and gain experience in relation to the following , knowledge about hidden harm health promotion , culture and diversity , citizenship and introduce the EU youth goals and opportunities for Youth . in order objective was that young people receive recognition for their participation and competency development and non formal learning through the use of youth pass. We wanted to build partnerships with our European neighbours , gain new skills, attitudes and knowledge and build confidence and develop our own competencies for staff to implement , facilitate and organise and evaluate Erasmus+ programmes . we aimed to promote Erasmus+ programmes to engage and retain harder to reach young people in the community break down barriers of socio economic , social exclusion , poverty and oppression. To provide opportunities for young people to keep themselves safe , reduce harm in their lives and have access to meaningful opportunities that support all aspects of their development and potential . To proactively seek and provide inclusive innovative and best practice programmes that are evidence based and needs led .The proposed objectives were achieved ; 1.This project will empower young people to engage in dialogue about issues that affect them and their communities 2.Young people engaged in cultural learning experiences through non formal education 3. Young people worked collaboratively with international partners to develop their competencies , knowledge and skills as set in their youth pass 4. A safe space for young people to be themselves and learn about hidden Harm. 5. Building stronger relationships with hard to reach young people and Young people with fewer opportunities 6. we built stronger relationships with Young peoples families and the Community. 7. we raised the profile of the organisation and disseminated our results of European Youth work programmes. 8. we successfully achieved implementing this programme as a new comer organisation 9. Staff learnt new skills and competencies in delivering European Programmes. 10. we worked worked collaboratively as a team to strategically implement this programme with support from our stakeholders.
