The main goal of this project is first and foremost to increase our professional knowledge. We want to improve and strengthen our relationship with our co-workers in Sweden and exchange knowledge on how we are working with youth who are experiencing some difficulties. We want to explore and learn what it is like to work with young people in Sweden, see how the co-operation between leisure activities and school / sports is organized as well as exchanging knowledge, we learn from them and they learn from us. The aim of this trip is also to emphasize good team spirit and a good spirit. Since we are experiencing a change in youth culture, a culture that our friends in Sundsvall know. We want to learn from them how to deal with this challenge in our community for the wellbeing of the youths.
