To increase knowledge of organisations on the best strategies to involve WE in training and upskilling through transnational exchange and Capacity Building Discussion; To develop a new training curriculum on three sustainability dimensions – Economic, Social and Environmental – designed on female entrepreneurs’ needs to ensure accessibility, quality and inclusivity; To value sustainability, raise awareness, foster among WE, and promote an informed female workforce.
