The project aimed to strengthen learners’ skills through artistic training, workshops, and public presentations; enhance staff competencies in intercultural collaboration, coordination, and communication; foster international exchange with experts from Spain, Ireland, Finland, and Belgium; and create inclusive spaces for dialogue and co-creation, while integrating sustainability and digital tools for promotion, feedback, and collaboration.
In 2025, ZID Theater expanded the ExploreZ festival with ExploreZ Beyond Borders 2.0, supported by Erasmus+. The programme focused on staff growth, social engagement, and international collaboration, responding to needs voiced by artists and staff. Emerging artists, including those with migrant and refugee backgrounds, joined to learn, create, and connect, while the team deepened skills to bridge intercultural, intergenerational, and social divides.
