This project aims to qualify our work in adult education and training. Through the planned activities, we want to innovate and improve pedagogical methodologies and training management practices. We believe that the exchange with European partners will bring essential pedagogical innovations, in addition to strengthening the internationalization of our Qualifica Center and promoting the inclusion of audiences with fewer opportunities
This CQ faces challenges in four areas: updating training and management methodologies, training adults in digital and language skills, reducing the dropout rate at RVCC, and starting the internationalization process. The digital transition and adaptation to the labour market require new approaches, while it is necessary to motivate learners to develop skills. The Erasmus+ project will enable the team to be trained, to innovate practices and to start internationalisation.
